Help Shape What Comes Next

Local connection. Shared purpose. Collective strength.

We’re launching Regional Compass Collectives to bring Jewish professionals in secular nonprofits together to connect, learn, and take action — starting in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Members connect with peers who understand their experiences, engage in shared learning, and collaborate on practical strategies for navigating identity in nonprofit spaces. Collectives are not designed to be “safe spaces” where everyone agrees, but spaces for nuance, complexity, and productive discomfort—places where we learn to hold difficult conversations with respect, curiosity, and courage.

If you’re ready to be part of that vision, we’d love to have you with us. Sign up as a member on Compass Connect, or email us at info@bluecompassnetwork.org

Each Collective is Grounded in Three Pillars

Build lasting relationships through regional in-person gatherings and online forums organized by role, region, or focus area.

Participate in webinars and trainings from Blue Compass and partner organizations that equip you to lead inclusively and navigate identity with confidence.

Co-create and share best practices for being Jewish in nonprofit spaces, shaping a sector that reflects our values and lived experiences.

Strength in Community and Shared Understanding

Join a growing movement grounded in connection, clarity, and courage—one that believes the antidote to antisemitism isn’t isolation or polarization but more profound engagement and collective growth.

A Trusted Resource for Education, Advocacy, and Constructive Dialogue

We believe that reducing divisiveness and building bridges within organizations is essential to addressing antisemitism and strengthening the fabric of nonprofit work.
