Blue Compass

Individual Membership

Free to Join. Optional to Give. Opportunities to Grow.

Join Compass Connect

Our membership is currently free for all nonprofit and philanthropy professionals. This ensures that every Jewish professional can join, participate, and receive support.

Making individual membership free reflects our core values of connection, compassion, and belonging, and acknowledges the urgent challenges Jewish professionals are facing in secular nonprofits.

By removing financial barriers, we ensure that everyone—regardless of role, salary, geography, or workplace environment—can participate fully in this new national network.

Although membership is currently free, the true cost of providing these services is approximately $200 per member annually.

If you are able, we invite you to make an optional contribution to help cover your membership and support others who cannot give. Your donation—of any size—directly strengthens and sustains our community.
