What We're Building

Blue Compass gives Jewish professionals working in secular nonprofits and philanthropy a place to find each other, talk honestly about what they're facing at work, and get practical tools for handling it. We work through peer circles, regional convenings, and a private online community, and we're expanding into new cities as we grow.
